You can ask us to delete personal information associated with your use of Yarn Kitty.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@puzzlewise.games with the subject "Data Deletion Request – Yarn Kitty".
2. Tell us which platform you play on (iOS or Android) and include any identifiers shown in the Game, if available, so that we can find the data related to you.

We will handle your request within the time required by applicable law and, where applicable, ask our partners to delete the information they hold about you. We may keep certain information where necessary to protect the Game and its users from fraud and abuse, to identify and fix errors, or to comply with legal obligations.

Data on your device

Game progress and settings stored on your device are deleted when you uninstall the Game. You can also reset or limit your device's advertising identifier in your device settings at any time.
