Pawdoku Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Pawdoku (the "Game") provided by PuzzleWise ("we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Game. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable and limited license to download and use the Game on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the terms of the app store you obtained it from. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

Purchases and virtual items

The Game may offer in-app purchases, such as removing ads or virtual items. Purchases are processed by the app store under its terms. Virtual items and other in-game content are licensed to you, not sold, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Except as required by law or under the app store's refund policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We may change or stop offering any virtual item at any time.

Advertising

The Game may show ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, or for the products, services or websites they promote. You can tell us about an ad on our ad report page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of the Game;
• reverse engineer the Game or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law allows it;
• use cheats, exploits, bots, automation or unauthorized third-party software;
• interfere with the Game, its services or its ads, including by generating fraudulent ad impressions or clicks;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The Game and all of its content, including graphics, sounds, levels, text and code, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Game.

Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your game progress will always be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our licensors and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, game progress, virtual items, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim related to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid for the Game, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes, suspension and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Game, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may refuse, suspend or end your access to the Game at any time and for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. We may amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms take effect when they are posted on this page, and continued use of the Game means you accept them.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where we are established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising from or related to the Game or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after it arises. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
